Built in 1979, Glen Grove is a two building complex located at in Wellesley. All 125 affordable units are subsidized through Project-Based Section 8 and are home to mainly elderly and disabled low-income tenants. Tenants at Glen Grove organized in early November in order to address a rampant mice infestation, improve communications with management, and restore resident services. The Glen Grove Tenant Association continues to meet every two weeks in order to resolve tenant issues and work towards a meeting with senior management representatives.
