After everyone has had their fill of the holiday potluck (you are welcome to bring a dish!), the main program will be 7-8pm during which time we formally honor the groups mentioned below and invite elected officials to address the room.

With 2024 just around the corner we continue to work with the City of Boston to advance rent stabilization at the local level, as well as the statewide effort to Lift the Ban on rental stabilization across the Commonwealth. We will continue to advocate for an expansion of the City Rent Subsidy as well as other key policies to improve and expand affordable housing.
